Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management and control of the components used in the creation of ML models.
- Enabling collaboration between data scientists (primarily sharing ML pipelines).
- Taking care of certain aspects of integrity regarding the verifiability and explainability of the data models used.
- Ensuring that the model behavior complies with regulatory standards.
- Support of model portability into other projects (on the same DS platform - DSF).
- Monitoring model performance, ie. whether function and latency requirements are met and.
- Monitoring data integrity, ie. data drifts.
- UX Improvement for Data Science Teams: data, model versioning, tracking, lineage.
- Identify features and opportunities that will facilitate the usage of our DS setup.
