Project3 – Designing an IP Network Load and Error Generator

Design and implement an IP network load and error generator that does
the following:

1. Drop every nth packet.
2. Delay Tx packets by milliseconds.
3. Delay Rx packets by milliseconds.
4. Introduce heavy congestion in the network.
5. Introduce errors in the packet.
6. More features to follow
