ActionBar in Android with Example

Here is source code of the Program to Demonstrate Action Bar in Android. The program is successfully compiled and run on a Windows system using Eclipse Ide. The program output is also shown below.
The ActionBar is located right at the top of an activity. It displays the activity title, icon, actions etc which can trigger, additional views and other interactive items. It can also be used for navigation in your application.It is in initialized with the Oncreateoptionsmenu.
